  • CWED reserves the right to accept or reject any payment or registration.


3. User Responsibilities

By using our services, the user agrees:

  • Not to submit false, misleading, abusive, or illegal information.

  • Not to misuse the website for hacking, fraud, or security breaches.

  • To comply with all applicable national laws while using CWED services.

Any violation may result in denial of service without refund.


4. Certificates, Membership & Program Participation

  • Any certificate or membership provided by CWED is valid only under the rules and duration defined by the organization.

  • Misuse, tampering, copying, or misrepresentation of certificates or credentials is prohibited and may invite legal action.


5. Personal Data & Privacy

  • CWED may collect personal details (name, mobile, email, address, bank details, etc.) solely for identification, record-keeping, or service delivery.

  • All data is handled per the Privacy Policy and is not sold or shared with third parties, except when required by law.


6. Payment Gateway Compliance

  • All online payments are processed via authorized payment gateways such as Razorpay.

  • Financial and banking details entered during payment are secured by the gateway provider’s security system.

  • CWED does not store full payment card details on its servers.


7. Refund & Cancellation

  • Refunds, if applicable, are processed only as per the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

  • CWED is not liable for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or external systems.


8. Limitation of Liability

  • CWED shall not be responsible for any loss, data damage, system failure, or financial loss caused due to:

    • Technical issues

    • Internet or server failure

    • User mistakes

    • Third-party gateway errors

Service may be temporarily unavailable due to updates, maintenance, or technical issues.


9. Changes to Terms

CWED reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notification. Updated terms will be published on the website.
