1. Scope
This Shipping Policy applies to physical products, printed certificates, membership kits, event materials, or merchandise (“Items”) purchased or ordered from CWED through our website or authorised channels.
2. Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment confirmation.

Typical processing time: 2–5 business days (excluding weekends & public holidays).

Processing time may be longer during festivals, campaigns, or peak seasons — we will notify you by email/SMS if there is any delay.
3. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We use reputable carriers (India Post, private courier partners) depending on delivery location, package size, and cost-efficiency.

For registries or bulk shipments, we may use specialized logistics partners.
4. Delivery Timeframes

Within India: 4–12 business days from dispatch depending on location (metro vs remote).

International: 10–30 business days from dispatch (customs and local courier processes may add delay).

These are estimates; actual delivery may vary due to carrier performance, customs, or force majeure events.
5. Shipping Charges

Domestic standard shipping: Flat / weight-based charges as shown at checkout.

Free shipping promotions may apply for certain campaigns — terms will be shown on the offer.

International shipping charges are calculated at checkout and may include customs, duties, or taxes which the recipient may need to pay.
6. Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation with a tracking ID (by email/SMS).

Use the tracking ID on the carrier’s website to follow your delivery.
7. Change of Address & Failed Deliveries

Please ensure correct shipping address at time of order. For address changes after order placement, contact us immediately; we will attempt to update before dispatch but cannot guarantee changes after dispatch.

If shipment is returned to us due to incorrect address or refusal, additional reshipment charges may apply.
8. Lost, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Inspect items upon receipt. For damaged, lost, or incorrect deliveries, inform us within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Required details: Order number, photos of damaged packaging/item, and a brief description.

On verification, we will either replace the item or issue a refund/shipment credit as appropriate.
9. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes (International Orders)

For international deliveries, customs regulations vary by country. Any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the recipient unless stated otherwise.
10. Returns for Physical Goods

Returns are accepted only for defective or wrong items and must be requested within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Items must be returned in original condition and packaging unless otherwise instructed.

Return shipping costs may be covered by CWED if the return is due to our error; otherwise the buyer is responsible.
11. Exceptions & Force Majeure

CWED is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control (strikes, natural disasters, carrier failures, customs delays, pandemic restrictions, etc.).

In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to inform affected customers.
